These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crypto Radar public website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. This is a placeholder document pending full legal review and will be finalized before any commercial launch.

Use of the Site

The Site provides public market data, educational content, research articles, and information about Crypto Radar's technology and future products. You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or excessively automate requests against the Site or its underlying services beyond normal browsing use.

No trading services provided today

The Site does not currently provide brokerage, custody, or trading execution services to the public. Automated trading is described for informational purposes only and is currently limited to a private beta -- see the Automated Trading page.

Waitlist and account information

Information submitted through the waitlist form is used to communicate about Crypto Radar's products and, where applicable, to evaluate early-access eligibility. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site -- including text, design, charts, and educational material -- is the property of Crypto Radar or its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission, except for normal personal, non-commercial use.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. See our Risk Disclosure for market-data and trading-specific risk information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
